Notice for usage:

2. Flashing panel is fixed with T-shirt by Velcro, when you wash t-shirt, you should take off the panel.
3. Do Not submerge any part of the flash panel
4. Slide switch to Operate Power
5. Don't bend or apply pressure to the flash panel
6. Insert 4 AAA battery only, don't use mixture batteries
